This program begins with an in-depth consultation where we explore your medical history, lifestyle patterns, nutrition, movement, and emotional well-being. Based on this, you’ll receive a tailored nutrition protocol and a structured workout plan designed specifically for your body and goals.

Know Your Coach
Dr. Dishika is a medical doctor, ISSA and IFM certified nutritionist and a health coach
Dishika has been working in the field of nutrition science and functional medicine since 2019.
Working in an OB-GYN set up for the past 4 years, she has a special for lifestyle medicine, human performance with a special inclination & expertise in women's health and fertility.
She is also the head nutritionist for Beyond Body, Mumbai.
She has worked with tens of hundreds of people to help them achieve a healthy mind, body and soul by incorporating her expertise in medicine, nutrition, fitness and mindfulness into a personalized plan that works for the client.
Dishika's journey began with herself. She has had a roller-coaster ride of dealing with orthorexia and hypothalamic amenorrhea during her early years which eventually led her to choose the functional medicine approach to health, finding the right balance with peaceful, healthy eating and living a content life with sustainable practices.
Wellness to her is being at our respective best physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Her intention here is to help everyone achieve their optimum potential and make wellness an effortless habit.
